What we don't do
From our extensive experience we know what doesn't work. So, we do not design 'sheep-dip' programmes. We do not follow unproven fads and fashions in managerial leadership myths.
What we do instead
- We use the framework of Elliott Jaques' Requisite Organization Model because
it has been proven to work over the last 50 years in organizations of all
sizes and sectors throughout the world.
- We treat managers as the individuals they are - each will have a different Capability Profile (based on the Model of Human Capability) and so development initiatives will be tailored appropriately.
- We believe that people learn best through experiential methods and role-modelling
others in real-life situations - so our interventions are designed and delivered
with that principle in mind.
- All of the services we offer within the Requisite Organization Model can be learned by your managers - let them become accountable experts in their own right so that your organization can become independent of us.
